Vispring x Missoni collaboration

April 20, 2017

Vispring x Missoni collaborationDuring my last trip to London, I spent one night in the quintessentially English Elephant Hotel in Pangbourne (Berkshire) and one in The Sanderson boutique hotel.
I slept like a baby in both.

Once thing that I always do after a good night sleep, is checking the brand of mattress, hotels use…
A sound’s night sleep makes such a difference to your day, doesn’t it?
It can really turn a day into a productive and positive one and as I’m growing older and wiser, I realise how important it is to value my sleep, just for the sake of my well-being if not for the way I look in the morning.

Back home…

February 8, 2017

Beautiful stonewashed linen in the bedroomI’m back home in the Bay of Arcachon.
We’ve received our new coffee table by Handvärk which is just gorgeous. Steve moved some furniture around and the new setting works out perfectly for my next styling job with Philips SwitchScene bulbs which I need to complete by the end of the week. Last but not least (despite yesterday), I ended the day on a positive note and another photoshoot booked so I’m super happy. READ MORE...

Grey Minimalism in the bedroom

January 25, 2017

How to get the look: 50 shades of Grey Minimalism in our bedroomI just came back from shooting my Artist friend Perrine Fifadji (check the African Queen visual story) while she was performing at La Mediathèque of Mérignac. It was a great experience as she has an amazing voice…

The pictures will be used for her press kit which is very exciting but after going through 300 pictures, all I want now is my bed…

We have a new cute addition on our bedside table which I’m looking forward to using outside this Summer.

I also don’t think I had shared with you our new floor…

We got rid of the sisal carpet which was nice but after 10 years, I fancied a change and painted the floor with hardwearing parking paint…well so we were told. I think it’s not hardwearing as I would love it to be but it’s definitively easier to clean and it looks more modern and was not as expensive as the resin floor we did in our home in London.

As you may know, Steve and I are off to a biking road trip to Portugal in February so the house is available for rent from 18th February to 03rd March 2017. If you are interested, drop me a line.

Disclosure: Photography & styling by me, the light was supplied by Fatboy.
