The BODIE and FOU blog started in 2007.
I launched two years after launching the Award-winning concept store BODIE and FOU because I had read that having a blog would help SEO for the shop.
Over the years, the BODIE and FOU blog has became a whole creative project in itself with various levels of attention from my behalf depending on how busy I was with the shop.
After ten years of trading, I sold the concept store in January 2016 to focus solely on the content and development of the blog.
Regularly named one of the UK’s Top 10 interior blogs and Interior Instagram accounts, the BODIE and fou BLOG has an engaged, loyal audience of over 200k across social media.
The BODIE and FOU readers are predominantly female, from an ABC1 demographic, aged 25-44 from the UK or the US (France is growing since I’m translating most articles in French), interested in interior design, fashion, healthy living, travels and celebrating life through a positive outlook.
Having founded which I sold in January 2016, I’m passionate about inspiring others to create beautiful interiors and help brands to put their messages across in an inspiring way.
Long gone are the days of traditional advertising in print or online. Nowadays, readers will skim past a blatant ad but through native advertising and content marketing, you’re able to tell readers a story that they can relate with and one that will strike a chord with them so that your brand’s message is easily understood.
Let me help you tell that story. We will work together to convey your brand’s message and create content that fits my simple, effortless style and your brands values. Let’s work and create great things together!
Past projects with brands have included interior makeovers, styling posts shot in my home, curating Pinterest boards, product reviews, social media posts, giveaways, creating content for brands’ own blog and photography.

WHAT THEY SAY
“Not only is the BODIE and FOU Blog one of my favourite blogs to read, it has also been great for our business. Karine has a loyal following and her readers clearly value her opinion and follow her recommendations. We’ve been really happy with the number and quality of leads we’ve received from the BODIE and FOU blog”. Mandy Watkins, Founder of Hush Homewear
“Being featured on the BODIE and FOU blog is a treat. Karine has such a fantastic eye and we were in very good company when our post went live, surrounded by all the other loveliness that finds itself on the site! The clean layout of the content really supports our aesthetic too – the BODIE and FOU blog was the perfect fit for us” Laura Brown, No Added Sugar
“I could not have been more delighted with the styling and photography Karine and François did for my company. Karine has a truly inspirational talent for creating beautifully styled shots. Although the scenes she creates look effortlessly put together, it is clear that she carefully considers which props will best accessorise and showcase a product. The sister and brother team is clearly a winning combination. François’ photography is flawless and captures each of Karine’s set perfectly. The gorgeous product images that now fill my website definitively play in important part in the success of my business.” Natalie Hammett, Founder of THE LITTLE SQUARE GALLERY
“We’ve worked with Karine on a collaboration and couldn’t be more satisfied. Her style was a very good match to our brand. She understood the message we wanted to convey and, based on her own style and ideas, suitable curated products and produced authentic and inspiring content” Fernanda Santis, JUNIQE
